My site built using this platform had been inaccesable for 3 or 4 days now. I keep getting this message :" Error establishing a database connection" when I try and login to the site, as its been hosted on your server there must be some problem.
Please advise, any word when this will be up and running again.
I had the same problem as you (at the same time) then my 3 sites reappeared a few days later. But for 3 to 4 days they are inaccessible again, the domains now redirecting to "Web Server's Default Page" on plesk.com.
