Forgot Password page does not work

Hello,

I'm Dennis McRae. My email address is hardhatmac@optonline.net. I purchased Pixal on June 7th. My receipt is below. I have forgotten my password. I have entered my email address multiple times on your "forgot email" page. The message "Please check your email. Your Password has been sent to hardhatmac@optonline.net" appears but I have not received any emails. I have already checked my spam / bulk mail folder. Nothing there. Please help. Thank you.

I have resent those details to you if you dont see them please send me an email direct to inspiredsoft @ icloud.com as I can not post them here as it is a open forum thanks richard

I  had the same problem when trying to reset my password. I got "Invalid Token" message.

I have the same issue with Trafficize.  I am trying to reset my password but do not receive a reset email nor in my spam emails.


Please fix asap...I have  been trying to access my purchase for some time now,
